Dinky Donut Shack at The Islander on Coronado Island Now Open

Craving one thing candy and melt-in-your-mouth scrumptious? Perhaps topped with bacon? peanut butter? You’re in luck.
On Thursday The Islander, Coronado Islands’s tiki-inspired restaurant by Blue Bridge Hospitality, formally opened the Dinky Donut Shack!
The Dinky Donut Shack includes a collection of the beloved mini donut flavors day by day – from the classics to signature toppings together with ube or guava glazed, banana-nutella, and peanut butter cup.
Dinky Donuts’ first opened in Liberty Station’s Liberty Public Market (one other Blue Bridge Hospitality idea) and has since expanded to the Little Italy Meals Corridor and the Windmill Meals Corridor in Carlsbad.
The shack, beforehand often known as the Daybreak Patrol Breakfast shack, is visited by Coronado locals and others and can proceed to serve espresso and occasional drinks and a collection of breakfast delectables akin to Housemade Hash Brown & Spam Breakfast, Morning Kale & Quinoa Energy Bowl, Breakfast Burritos, Bagel and Brioche Bun Sandwiches, and extra alongside the brand new Dinky Donuts.
The shack is open day by day from 7-11 a.m. and can serve recent Dinky Donuts till they promote out every day.
