Alaska Airways Plans Weekly Nonstop Service to Anchorage Subsequent Summer time
Alaska Airways introduced plans for weekly nonstop service from San Diego to Anchorage subsequent summer time.
The Saturday flight will depart San Diego at 9 a.m. and arrive in Anchorage at 1:45 p.m. The return flight is at 2:50 p.m. arriving in San Diego at 9:10 p.m..
“Summer time is an unimaginable time to go to Alaska with our heat, lengthy days. There’s a lot to do in Anchorage and within the smaller cities close by, mapping out your itinerary is likely to be the hardest factor you do earlier than heading west,” stated stated Jillian Simpson, president and CEO of the Alaska Journey Trade Affiliation.
The airline stated vacationers can count on “numerous outside adventures, wealthy Alaska Native tradition, wild Alaska seafood, jaw-dropping surroundings and history-filled cities.”
The weekly nonstop flights start Could 18 and proceed via Aug. 17. Tickets are on sale now.
